Fall Recreational

When & Where:
Sept. 2, 2025 to Nov. 2, 2025
 
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays or Sundays (depending on comp. schedule) at various locations around Caledon.

Changes to the schedule are at the discretion of the coaches.
 
Details:
The fall session will focus exclusively on running.
 
This is ideal for athletes who want to improve their overall fitness and stamina while learning proper running techniques. Typical workouts will be age/ability appropriate mid to long distance runs with some hill and speed work. Running surfaces will vary from soft to hard with a significant amount of work done on trails and grass.
 
Recreational athletes will be trained to achieve their specific athletic goals. Coaches may offer a recreational athlete the opportunity to compete in cross country races if they feel that an athlete is ready and that the experience will be beneficial.
 
Junior recreational athletes will be registered as a non-competitive member of AO for the 2025 cross country season.
 
The program is 9 weeks in duration. Recreational athletes are free to choose how many & which workouts they participate in.
 
Price includes:
1 ) up to 3 weekly coached workouts
2 ) group training with other athletes,
3 ) ongoing progress review & feedback from our coaches,
4 ) AO non-competitive membership
