With the 2024 track season in the rearview mirror & the summer winding down, it’s time to take it off road.
High school athletes looking to get a leg up on the competition for OFSAA or competitive distance runners looking to race in provincial & national cross country events this fall can register for 310 Running’s Senior competitive cross country program.
Younger athletes interested in performing well in school events or exploring other competitive opportunities outside of school can register for 310 Running’s Junior fall recreational program.
Our 11 week competitive program begins on Tuesday, August 27th while our 10 week recreational program starts on Tuesday, September 3rd. Online registration for both programs is open now.
Our cross country programs focus exclusively on age appropriate mid to long distance running on a variety of running surfaces across Caledon.
Coached workouts are on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. Athletes will also be given programs that include running on their own.

The Minor Track Association recognized some outstanding athletes at their annual awards banquet on February 29th.
Congratulations to 310 Running’s Maddie Spadzinski who was presented with a Senior Athlete of Excellence Award.
Maddie, a recent MTA graduate, went from setting the Atom girls 200m hurdles record to a soccer injury that resulted in reconstructive knee surgery to one year of rehab & then back onto the podium as a Senior.
Maddie’s perseverance made for a great comeback story & her talent earned her this well deserved recognition.
Team Ontario travelled to Montreal for the annual U16 Ontario vs Quebec Dual Meet on February 15th and left town with a hard-earned team gold.
Team Ontario defeated Team Quebec 277 to 270.
310 Running athletes, Liam Bauman, Alesandra Di Giovanni, Katie Jelaca and Maddie Spadzinski were part of an exceptional team of 46 athletes guided by four outstanding event coaches and Team Ontario Head Coach Scott Skimming.
The Fédération Québécoise d’Athlétisme hosted the meet at the Complexe sportif Claude-Robillard.
310 Running sent a talented pair of athletes to Brandon, Manitoba to compete at the Legion Nationals on August 10-12.
Aysia Maurice, who competed as a member of Team Ontario, had a very busy but successful weekend earning a bronze in the U16 girls 1200 & fourth place finishes in the U16 girls 2000 & 1500 steeplechase.
Aysia’s times of 3:34.91 in the 1200 & 6:24.57 in the 2000 represent new U15 Ontario records. These were 2 of the 5 Provincial records set by Aysia this year.
Tara Johannink competed in her first National Championship in the U16 girls high jump. Tara’s 1.50m jump equalled her personal best & was good for 13th place overall. Tara was one of 6 girls that cleared 1.50m.
